Kite Man, a minor Gotham villain with big ambitions and little luck, tries to make a new life with his girlfriend Golden Glider after they buy Noonan’s, the city’s seediest dive bar. To keep their questionable dream afloat, the pair moonlight as criminals, juggling schemes, romance and the strange regulars of a place where everyone knows your name, though not always your secret identity.
